Refund policy

Return & Exchange

·         For return, please reach out to us via email within 3 days of receiving the item with the order number.

·         After 3 days of receiving the product, we will not be able to accept returns.

·         Exchange can be done on the same product for different size only.

·         The product must include all the original tags and should not be removed. If the tags are removed, we would not accept the return and exchange.

·         The product must not be used or damaged.

·         The product must be returned in its original packaging.

·         Exchange can be done on the same product for the size only.

·         All returned items will be inspected by our team, and exchanges will be approved or declined based on the quality checks of the returned product.

·         Once approved, we will process the exchange within 5 days of receiving the return.

·         Exchange will happen only ONCE.

·         Shipping charges for the return will be paid by the customer with tracking information sent to us via email with the order number.

 

Refund

·         If damaged product is received, please email us with the order number within 3 days with the pictures and we will contact you in the next 48 hours.

·          Once confirmed, we will refund you the order amount within 7 working days of the original payment.
